What sort of camera do you use ?
A: I use a JVC GY HD101 high definition shoulder mount video camera and or a Sony VX 2000 3ccd professional digital camera.

Do you offer single or two camera shoots?
We offer a single camera shoot for your wedding DVD. Many years experience have proven that a single camera shoot will gather all the content needed for a superb production and keep production costs affordable. However two cameras are available for an extra charge.

How long before we receive our wedding DVD?
A: Generally two weeks, but allow three weeks in case of unforseen delays.

When do we pay the balance?
A: Upon receipt of the first draft master tape. It is company policy not to release the first draft master tape without payment of the balance.

What do we receive?
Initially you receive the first draft master DVD tape to preview for a few days to check for any spelling mistakes in the credits or incorrect supers on photos etc. Once you give the all clear three more DVD’s will be produced and sent to you.

DVD’s or VHS?
The majority of clients have asked for DVD’s only, however there are many still using VHS tapes, so the option is yours. May I suggest that if you still use a VCR take the option of two VHS tapes and two DVD’s for future use.

Are you the only cameraman ?
No! As owner operator of Alister Multimedia I shoot and post produce the majority of all weddings. However, if a new booking falls on the same day as a confirmed booking I will offer the option for another cameraperson to shoot it. I know of other professional camerperson who can fill in for me. I will do the final post production.

Do you do country weddings?
A: I'm pleased to do country weddings but the cost of getting there and back plus the cost of accommodation has to be met by the client. Payment of the balance for the wedding video production is also to be paid on the day of the wedding. The first draft master video will be posted to you for checking and then your DVD’s will be produced when we get the all clear.I will arrive the day before the wedding to familiarise myself with the locations and depart the day after.
